The Full Story of Michael James Burke

Michael James Burke was born in June 1980 in Galway, Ireland. He has a BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Burke is an avid sports fan and fitness enthusiast. He has completed six marathons and two ultra marathons. Burke demonstrates his loyalty to his sporting teams by supporting their advancement and development. Among the teams he supports are the men’s and women’s Dubai Celts Gaelic Football teams, Wildcats ladies’ soccer, the men’s Sharjah wanders rugby club, the Tri-Dubai Triathlon Team, and the Pirates Triathlon Group.

He gives to a variety of charities and causes including Special Care Centre in Dubai in partnership with the Irish Embassy. He also funded the construction of a special education school in Kampala, Uganda. He has also given to schools in Ethiopia, Tanzania, and South Africa.

Michael is married to Negar. The Burkes have three children, two daughters and a son.
